ICSEB7 IS CANCELED

Due to the low level of registrations and hotel room bookings, plus withdrawal of plenary and symposium speakers, it has become necessary to cancel ICSEB7 in Veracruz, Mexico, 5-10 July 2009. We are very sorry for this inconvenience. Any registrations already paid will be refunded in full, and these returns will be initiated by the ICSEB office in Vienna.
